Return Policies
At Febrizio, customer satisfaction is our priority.
Order checking is allowed only at the time of delivery, in the presence of the rider.
You may inspect the product when the rider arrives.
If there is any issue (wrong item, damaged product, or defect), the rider will take the parcel back immediately at the same time.
Returns or refunds are not accepted after the rider leaves.
Once the parcel is accepted and the rider has departed, the order is considered final.
