Payment Policy

At Febrizio, we aim to provide a seamless and secure shopping experience for our customers across Pakistan. We offer multiple payment methods to ensure convenience for everyone. By placing an order on our website, you agree to the following payment terms:

1. Accepted Payment Methods

We currently support the following modes of payment:

  • Cash on Delivery (COD): Pay in cash to the courier representative at the time of delivery. This service is available nationwide.

  • Direct Bank Transfer: You can transfer the total order amount directly to our official bank account. (Account details will be provided at checkout).

  • Mobile Wallets (JazzCash / EasyPaisa): For instant and secure digital payments.

  • Credit/Debit Cards: We accept all major Visa and Mastercard payments through our secure encrypted gateway (if integrated).

2. Cash on Delivery (COD) Terms

  • COD is available for orders up to PKR 50,000. For orders exceeding this amount, a partial advance payment may be required.

  • Please ensure the exact amount is ready at the time of delivery, as courier riders often do not carry heavy change.

  • The parcel will only be handed over after the payment has been made to the rider. Open-parcel delivery is not allowed as per courier company policies.

3. Advance Payment Requirement

In certain cases, Febrizio reserves the right to request a partial or full advance payment:

  • For customized or bulk orders.

  • For customers with a history of high order refusal rates.

  • For specific high-value luxury items.

4. Payment Security

Your security is our priority. All online transactions are processed through secure, SSL-encrypted payment gateways. Febrizio does not store your credit card or bank login information on our servers.

5. Order Confirmation & Verification

  • For COD orders, our team may call or WhatsApp you for a quick verification before dispatching the order.

  • For Bank Transfers/Mobile Wallets, please share a screenshot of the transaction receipt along with your Order ID to our WhatsApp (+92 327 9449362) or Email (contact@febrizio.store) to speed up the processing.

6. Pricing & Taxes

  • All prices listed on the website are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR).

  • Prices are inclusive of all applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

  • Shipping charges are calculated at checkout and are separate from the product price.

7. Refund Payments

In case of a valid return or cancellation (as per our Return Policy), refunds will be processed via:

  • Bank Transfer

  • JazzCash/EasyPaisa

  • Note: Refund processing takes 7-10 working days after the returned product has been inspected.
