At Febrizio, we value our customers' satisfaction. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

Returns & Exchanges

• You have 7 calendar days to return or exchange an item from the date you received it.

• To be eligible, your item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it.

• It must be in the original packaging with all tags attached.

Refund Process

• Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item.

• If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your Bank Account, JazzCash, or EasyPaisa within 7-10 working days.

• Shipping costs are non-refundable.
